Return Policy

MicroVideoX LLC considers any item returned to us a “Return.” This includes unclaimed packages that were shipped to buyer and returned for any reason, i.e. signatories not available, not claimed, etc. MicroVideoX LLC is not responsible for any error in our customer’s instructions. You must request a RMA number before returning any item.

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Products returned without an RMA may get lost in the process, thereby inhibiting us from crediting, repairing or replacing your return. Please follow these simple instructions so we can process your return quickly and effectively.

To request an RMA# please submit fill out and submit the Online RMA form. This will determine where we ask you to ship the product. Depending on the product it may need to be sent to a different location.

 

After your request is processed (2-3 days) we will reply to you with instructions. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition including: all packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap. We must receive your item back within 15 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 5 - 10 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return.

 

All Merchandise returned with missing items, packaging, etc. is not eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition. . Absolutely no returns, exchanges or refunds can or will be given after 15 days of receipt.

 

Any and all shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any returns shipped to MicroVideoX LLC without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside the shipping box, will be refused.

 

NO returns can be accepted on custom designed, close-out or special order items. If a return is accepted by MicroVideoX LLC from the shipper, and after inspecting and opening the packaging we realize that some items are damaged or missing MicroVideoX LLC may return the package to the sender.

 

For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 20%.

 

Non-Defective Returns:

If the product you order is not what you wanted you can exchange it within 15 days of receipt, upgrade the product for a different one or keep 100% store credit, but if you like to have your money back you will be subject to the 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price and shipping not refundable.

 

After you are given a RMA number you may return most non-defective, unused items for a refund of the product cost less a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Defective Returns:

MicroVideoX LLC stands behind all products sold. Most all of our items carry a Warranty of One 1 Year. With exceptions some of our manufactures grant 90 day Limited Warranty. All warranty coverage starts from date of purchase by the ultimate customer. Proof of Purchase may be requested by MicroVideoX LLC.

 

MicroVideoX LLC will determine if the item is in fact defective upon receipt and inspection, at no time can any item be replaced before the item in question is returned and inspected.

 

If the item shows signs of misuse, abuse or failure to follow instructions it will not be accepted for warranty consideration. Items returned, that are being claimed as defective or damaged, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if they are found to be in working order.

 

We can not accept the return of certain items for credit, including:


• Open or used products
• Special order products
• Fees for service performed or shipping
